J H Luff arrived in Roswell twelve years ago and built a thriving confectionery and bakery complex. The business includes a factory turning out two to three thousand loaves daily, an ice cream plant serving retail and valley stands, and a candy factory with bon bons and specialties. E J Robertson now handles retail, retail investment grew from six thousand to twelve thousand, employing eleven in the factory. Luff's Bread and pastries are household names, and locals regularly phone in orders for gatherings or parties.
