Kuykendall Is Spotlighted As Murder Trial Nears End
The first degree murder trial of Joseph Kuykendall in Omaha nears its sixth week. A 26 year old escapee from the Las Lunas Prison Farm was captured early today in Belen hours after walking away from the farm last night. Leland Burkes offered no resistance and was taken by State Policemen Don Hammond and Andy Argeanas. He was found on foot at the time of capture.
