Pecos Water to Give Power for Albuquerque

Santa Fe New Mexico February 16 Territorial Engineer Vernon L Sullivan approved the application of Ernest H Fischer of Albuquerque for a major power project on the Upper Pecos and Mora east of Santa Fe about twenty five miles. A maximum appropriation of 150 second feet is granted to develop 5,000 horsepower at a cost of 150000 dollars to supply Las Vegas Santa Fe and Albuquerque with electric power via high voltage transmission lines.
