Teenage gunmen surrender after 8 hour hostage stand in Dallas
In Dallas two teenaged gunmen Milton Allen Frank 18 and Robert Gordon 17 with nearly 100 officers held 20 hostages for about eight hours at the Inner Circle Lounge. They surrendered at 7 46 a m after talks with Detective Paul McCaghren and conversations with family and an attorney. They were not charged immediately and bond was set at 50 000 each.
