POWs to be freed as Kissinger presses Hanoi talks
The first batch of 142 prisoners named by North Vietnam and the Viet Cong will be released Monday U S time. 19 military men and 8 civilians will come from South Vietnam, with 115 to be taken from Hanoi to Clark Air Base in the Philippines.

Pentagon releases POW list in first U S release batch
