L O Fullen reports from Santa Fe that A J Muzzy of Bristol Connecticut president of the Public Utilities Company at Carlsbad and Frank Downes a large irrigation farmer accompanied him. They aimed to present an irrigation case to the water commission and secured favorable action from the commissioners. Muzzy and Downes returned to Carlsbad last night on their way home. Fullen had gone to Santa Fe to pursue irrigation case objectives rather than to seek district attorney appointment.
