Nine convicts escape through tunnel at Atmore Prison

Building permits issued in Roswell last month totaled 63 and amounted to 196012.65 dollars. Class 1-A new residences led with 24 permits totaling 138204 dollars, followed by skating rink 27,741.65 dollars.
