Body found in shallow grave tied to murder case
Richard Darrel Ricky Stephens 18, of Oklahoma City is charged with open murder after a body identified as George R. Daley 33 was found in a shallow grave near Roswell. Daley reportedly disappeared Sept. 5 after a meeting. Donald Stephens is also charged with open murder and sought nationwide via NCIC. Investigators suspect Daley was killed during a robbery attempt.
