Albany reports a warrant for the extradition of Dr. Leroy S. Chadwick was not issued today. Sheriff Berry of Cleveland did not wed the party on return to New York and Chadwick’s arrival remains pending. Governor Herrick’s requisition was presented and deemed sufficient, with Clerk Joyce to consult Governor Odell before final action.
