Dalhart Texas December 26 Clark Kincheloe aged 31 was shot to death at the foot of his family Christmas tree in the Kincheloe home. Coroner A M Reese ruled the death a pistol shooting by his father. Kincheloe had just arrived from Alamogordo New Mexico with his wife and daughter for the holidays. Sheriff H D Foust planned formal statements and charges. The father surrendered and the son was shot once as he ran into the room and three more times as he lay at the tree base.
