Life Sentence for Slaying 12 Year Old Girl near Lansing

Two Escaping Farwell Jail Recaptured
Two escapees from the Farwell Texas jail were recaptured. T Darnell and his son Lindley were nabbed after locking the jailer in the cell block. Lindley faces a robbery charge related to a Farwell filling station break in. Lindley was taken by Sheriff Bill Hail at the sister’s home 19 miles north of San Jon New Mexico. Lindley did not resist.
