Jobless Rate Drops to Eight-Year Low in November

Cuban Refugees Begin Scattering Across the United States

A second planeload of U S financed Cuban refugees arrived as others left Miami for new lives in the north. Ten hours after 75 landed, a group of six boarded to join relatives in Elizabeth New Jersey while others prepared for Chicago and other points. The airlift aims to resettle about 900 Cubans weekly.
