Canadian Hudak waives hearing in weapons case
A Canadian man, David Hudak, waived an identity hearing in El Paso as his case is moved to Las Cruces for preliminary and detention hearings. Police remove foster children in Roswell inquiry
Roswell Police Department and CYFD officials removed 15 foster children from a Roswell home in early August amid an investigation into possible sexual abuse. Seven children were taken by police and six by CYFD. eight were moved by social services earlier. Roswell hosts first official shoplifting task force meeting
The Roswell Chamber of Commerce led a 90 minute gathering of business leaders law enforcement and officials to tackle a rising shoplifting problem.
