Neighbor found guilty in kidnapping and killing Danielle van Dam

David Westerfield, a self employed engineer, was convicted of murder kidnapping and possessing child pornography in the abduction of 7 year old Danielle van Dam from her San Diego home. The verdict came after a 40 hour 10 day trial amid national attention and a forthcoming penalty phase.

Warheads Could Be Detonated Despite Missing Rockets

ATF spokesman Tom Mangan described 2,352 warheads from High Energy Access Tools Corp as detonatable even without rockets.
