Son of fugitive found dead in Sacramento area
Sergey Soltys, 3, the son of Nikolay Soltys a suspect in five killings, was found dead Tuesday in a rural Placer County box behind a light tower. Authorities linked the note in the suspect’s car to the child and offered a $10,000 reward as the nationwide manhunt continued.
