Immediato acquitted in Roswell fraud case

Immediato was acquitted in federal court of six counts alleging he passed counterfeit securities and forged bank instruments tied to the Roswell Comedy Festival. Prosecutors said a $92,723 Disney drawn check was deposited and funds withdrawn before discovery. A Disney spokesman denied authenticity.
