Petition to seek probe into Lincoln County murder case

Court date set for Burley couple on marijuana charge

A preliminary examination is scheduled in Magistrate Court for Larry Flament and Doreen Hall Flament both of Burley Idaho charged with possession and intent to distribute more than 100 pounds of marijuana. They appeared before Judge John McLemore at 2 p.m. August 30. Bond is set at 150000 each. A State police officer stopped their vehicle near Mile Marker 850 on U.S. 285 at 10 30 p.m. Saturday and found 10 bales weighing 112 pounds believed to be marijuana.
