Chicago August 18 AP Secretary Wallace outlined an emergency hog program to buy 5 million swine, process them by specified processors, and distribute meat to the needy. The plan aims to lift corn belt purchasing power, raise hog prices by up to 30 percent, and reduce hog tonnage this season while feeding relief through the Emergency Relief Administration. Missing boy believed seen in Las Vegas
