A fast moving arson blamed wildfire roared through oak canyons in San Luis Obispo County burning 65 square miles and destroying at least 20 homes. More than 2,000 firefighters fought the 10 percent contained blaze amid 100 degree heat as hundreds fled, evacuating residents and a state university.
