Roswell RIAC sale plan delays homes until next year
Roswell real estate broker Hubert H. Hatch Jr. said homes at the 783 unit Roswell Industrial Air Center complex will not be sold before next year. Hatch won the bid of 4.8 million for the 191 acre site and noted renters may stay while refurbishments proceed. He said transfer of the property will not occur until Oct. 31 this year.
