Death ruled suicide in Roswell man case
Roswell resident Noe Huckins, 23, was found in a Jeep in a closed garage on July 29 with signs of carbon monoxide poisoning. The Office of the Medical Investigator in Albuquerque certified the death as suicide. no autopsy was performed and his address is 701 East Hervey Street.

Roswell arson case bound over after cigarette start
An 18-year-old Roswell man, Alvin Roe, was bound over to District Court on arson charges after police say he threw a lit cigarette onto a 1990 Pontiac LeMans seat, gutting the car. Roe's bond was set at $5,000. Earlier, Juan Coronado, 49, pleaded guilty to aggravated battery and faces two years on parole after prison time.
