Hit-and-run injures Roswell man seeks public help
Roswell Police seek information about a hit-and-run that injured Michael Guerin, 52, at the South Sunset Avenue and West Taylor Drive intersection around 3 a.m. July 22. Guerin suffered leg injuries, found with a handgun beneath him and broken glasses nearby, and was flown to Texas for further treatment after initial care at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center.

Burglary At St. John's Catholic Church On Lincoln Avenue
Police report a late Monday night break in at St. John's Catholic Church on Lincoln Avenue. A door worth 250 dollars was damaged and several items including an electronic receiver wine a paten plate and two chalices valued at 520 dollars were stolen. Church member Sandra Martinez said security footage exists but details are scarce. Detective assigned to the case. no further leads at this time.
