Two Roswell Men Arrested Outside Icon Cinema on Drug Paraphernalia Charges
Police arrested Travis Garlinger, 28, and Jason Martinez, 25, both of Roswell, outside Icon Cinema on possession of drug paraphernalia. An officer observed them near South Union and Hobbs around 11:20 p.m. both provided conflicting stories and each had needles.

Thirty six delegates from Bulgaria Kosovo and Macedonia completed a four week ILEA program at Roswell. They included high ranking law enforcement officials and prosecutors who spoke on regional cooperation to fight crime and support democratic development. A Habitat for Humanity project involved about ten delegates.
