Roswell New Mexico on March 3 1908 appoints boards of registration for five wards to register voters for the upcoming regular biennial city election on April first 1908. Registration starts March 16 at nine a m and ends March 26 at six p m with lists posted for six days for corrections or additions. Judges and clerks for each ward are named with locations for registration and polling.
