The Peden family gathering for William and Clara Peden took place in Red Deer Alberta on August 24 and 25 with attendees from Cor Delia Alberta Martha Amelia Red Deer Clarke McKee Cloverdale B C William John Brandon Man Ann Jane Fonthill Ont Sarah Margaret Scarborough Ont Claire Hamilton Fort McMurray Alta Ray Mason Newburgh NY and others. A restaurant dinner included after dinner speeches and a Buffet Supper followed by a tape recording of family history. The program closed with a reading of the poem Times Gaze and each relative received a green burlap bound booklet containing the poem.
