Joyce Isabell Jane Mitchell and Donald James Hart wed at the Rossburn Pentecostal Church on August 20. Rev. John Coughlan officiated as family and friends watched the bride and groom exchange vows. The bride wore a nylon lace gown with a sabrina neckline, and carried red roses. attendants wore colored gowns and carried mums. Rossburn C G I T Regular Meeting Report
The second C G I T meeting was held in the annex with 18 girls and two leaders present. Worship by Mrs Andrew and Mrs McKnight used Psalm 121. Bible study will start with Jonah. Eight dollars and thirty cents was raised from popcorn and candy sales at the theatre. A thank you to Mr and Mrs Urbanowski for allowing the sale there. Meeting closed after practicing for the anthem with Taps.

WA and WMS Hold Combined Meeting
The WA and WMS met in the annex on Tuesday Sept 9 with 14 members present. They approved buying an electric heater for the manse and planned a Tea event for Sept 20. Tenders for a caretaker were to close Sept 13 with a search underway. The president asked for winter play suggestions and the meeting closed with the Mizpah benediction after a luncheon hosted by hostesses.
