The Rossburn Well Baby Clinic will be held at the local Health Unit Office on Thursday November 14 from 1 30 to 3 30 pm.
Bingo winners from kindergarten included Mrs Earle Taylor Mrs Wm Koleski Mr Clair Palmer and others with ties to Mr E Brown. The blackout prize was a towel set and several winners donated their winnings back to the kindergarten including E Taylor Veitch Palmer Slow and Elmer Brown.
Community readers are invited to pick up two complimentary booklets. One features cooking school recipes, the other provides additional culinary guidance and tips. Quantities are limited and available at participating locations.
Mrs John Klym and companions travel to Dauphin on Tuesday. A son Harry Stephen born Oct 28 at Russell Hospital. Jean Armstrong vacationed in Winnipeg. Elsie Bucklaschuk and Melvin Nahiriak wed on Saturday. Matt Bidechka and family visited Brandon and Peter Gumieny. Mati Bidochka 25th anniversary. Jerry Dobslaw transferred to Pinawa. Jack Nikkel succeeds. Sheldon Earle born to Earl Booker and Gladys Shaw. Rossburn Church service moved to 1:00 pm. Sympathy sent to Procyk family. Walter Armstrong shows a 10 pound turnip.
Residents are asked to donate gently used clothing with six months wearing value at Young's Cafe. Items will be mailed at the start of November to aid those in need.
The Woods family expresses gratitude to friends in Vista and Rossburn for sympathy cards and letters after a bereavement. They also thank those who sent cards to their mother during her hospital stay.

Mr and Mrs Peter Oparsky announce the engagement of their daughter Judy Ann to Lorne Mathew Topolniski son of Mrs A Topolniski and the late J Topolniski of Rossburn Manitoba The wedding is set for November 23 1963 at 430 pm at S and J Stephens Broadway United Church.
