MCC relief auction raises funds for Haiti and Burkina Faso projects
Manitoba MCC relief sale in Morris drew about 7 000 attendees from Morden Altona Winnipeg and Steinbach with quilts selling well including a top bid of just over 1600. The event raised 105000 Sept 22 exceeding last year by 3000 to support tree seedlings reforestation and water projects abroad aided by CIDA matching funds.
