Farmers Sell Elevator to Join Pool System in 1926
In 1924 and 1925 the Pool yielded $1800 and $2200 in terminal earnings. Directors, all farmers, urged sale to join central management, threatening resignations in 1926 unless under Pool Elevator. After shareholder meetings and price negotiations, the elevator and assets sold for $3500 to the Pool. Officers listed include Peterson, McMillan, Haraldson, Bengtson, Miller, and Allan Anderson.
