Rossburn council sets fees and approves by laws and tenders
The Village of Rossburn held a September 17 1981 council meeting approving minutes, office rent for Legal Aid Manitoba and Agriculture, tax roll additions, and three by laws for land sales. It authorized a three year lease at 100 per month for a Department of Agriculture office, and a three month trial for hall duties. The meeting also funded Bali Diamond facility work, requested extra highway funding, donated to TOPS, set utility charges, and approved payments totaling 23462.89. A reconvened session on September 24 approved a August financial statement and awarded a 200 amp main electrical service contract to Rossburn Electric Ltd.
