Contender for PC Nomination from Birtle-Russell
Lockie Fulton announces his bid for Progressive Conservative nomination in the Birtle Russell constituency. He is a longtime civic leader with Legion and Anglican Church roles and a former school trustee. Fulton served in World War II with the Winnipeg Rifles rising to Lt Colonel. he earned the Distinguished Service Order and was mentioned in despatches. He married Nellie Finch in 1941 and they have six children: Bruce Geoff Peter Deborah Jennifer and Abigail.
