The Rossburn Co-Operative Elevator Association held its annual meeting in Rossburn Town Hall on Friday November 12 1948 with strong attendance. Officials discussed expanding elevator space by about 40000 bushels due to box car shortages and debated costs of a suitable annex. Directors remained the same with Geo Lawless elected as alternate. Brown presented financials and Crossley the general manager’s report after a banquet for 32 served by the Junior Ladies’ Aid.
