Impressive Services Mark Remembrance Day in Rossburn
About two hundred people gathered at the Rossburn Town Hall on Sunday November 7 to honor World War I and II fallen. Rossburn Legion members led a 1 30 pm parade from Legion Hall to the town hall, where Pastors Johnstone Eaton and Garrett led a lengthy service followed by a roll call by Ed Harris. Poppies were placed on the memorial for twenty five deceased. Wreaths were laid by Ed Harris, Houston for the Rossburn Legion and J G Stitt for Rural Municipality and Village Rossburn. Earlier on October 31 Ukrainian Greek Youth from Sandy Lake Elphinstone Oakburn Angusville and Rossburn laid wreaths at the cenotaph after High Mass in the Greek Catholic Church. A banquet followed in the town hall basement.

Special Church Services Conclude Campaign of Evangelist Gamble
