National 4-H Citizenship Seminar draws 60 delegates
Sixty 4-H'ers from across Canada attended the 1983 National 4-H Citizenship Seminar in Ottawa from April 23 to 27. Delegates studied the Constitution and Charter of Rights and Freedoms, focusing on Democratic, Equal, Legal, and Native Rights, and discussed citizenship responsibilities and interprovincial sharing.

New liver gives Chantal Sibilleau hope after transplant
Last week The Rossburn Review published a letter appealing for help for Chantal Sibilleau born with a defective liver. She and her family flew from Winnipeg after a donor was declared clinically dead. A five hour transplant occurred Saturday at University of Minnesota Hospital, with Cyclosporin lifelong to prevent rejection. Donations to Lions Foundation For Chantal can be sent to Box 1977 Winnipeg.

Desperate Ambrose Drama Triumph at R.C.I. Show
