Rural Municipality of Rossburn council adopts a By Law to rescind a tax sale assignment and repeal By Law 1021, reads By Law 1054 for annual estimates and five year capital plan, approves fuel tender, sets admin allowances, authorizes travel for the secretary treasurer, and discusses CN Rail contract, statutory levies, school levies, statute updates, library budget and reports, fire department matters, delegations, rental adjustments, fire warning system plans, beaver flood issues, road plans, and adjourns to May 8 1978.
