Camp Wannakumbac schedule set for 1985 season
Keystone Agricultural Producers announces the 1985 Camp Wannakumbac program with a Senior Adult weekend June 14 to 16, two teen camps, five youth camps, two wilderness backpacking camps, and a Family Camp Open House on the August long weekend. Director Neil Gamey, staff from 1984 returning, new staff being recruited. located at Riding Mountain Conference Centre near Clear Lake, Manitoba. Parkway Co-op reports losses across Roblin Russell and Rossburn
Parkway Co-operative Ltd at Roblin Russell and Rossburn posted a 1984 year end loss as low patronage and a weak economy affected operations. The Roblin store and Farm Supply Centre bore the heaviest losses while sales totalled about 10 million with 4650 members. Board elections kept Walter Arndt as president and named Glen Maxwell Joyce Brown as directors.
