Rossburn Council discusses water extension and finances
The Village of Rossburn held a June meeting with Mayor Louis Kurchaba. Orest Smycnnik sought relief over water conditions but offered only a $280 contribution, with a $500 demand deemed unfair. Council approved a four-year repayable payment plan starting 1985 and proceeded with a water line extension. It also outlined governance changes, budget items, a foundation plan, a dog license court action, and a 9 percent water settlement request for 1984 sales.
