Hospital District No 7 plan rounds into vote
The Municipal Act and Health Services Act authorize Hospital District No 7 to establish facilities in Shoal Lake Rossburn Elphinstone and fund via district taxes. The scheme details locations beds nursing units and capital costs with grants and a 20 year hospital tax to repay 94 000 dollars. Voting day set for June 14 1948 with multiple polling places and a final tally on June 15 1948.
