Provisional 1987 Rossburn council budgets and by laws
The December 8 1986 Rossburn RM meeting approved three by laws 1164 1165 1166 covering tax and debt cancellation grants and borrowing for 1987. Provisional operating and capital estimates were set across services including general government 40000 dollars transportation 85000 dollars and fiscal 88500 dollars. The RM pledged a 1000 dollar donation to Rossburn Memorial Skating Arena and prepared pesticide program submissions.
