Rural Municipality of Rossburn Holds Final 1957 Meeting
The Rural Municipality of Rossburn held its final 1957 meeting on December 7 in the municipal office. Reeve Ed Shust presided with all councillors present. By law readings approved include lighting north of Rossburn and tax cancellations. Roads accounts and 1957 work charges were approved. a highway across the National Park toward Grandview was discussed. The council adjourned to meet January 4, 1958.

WA And WMS Hold Combined Meeting
The WA and WMS held a joint meeting Tuesday evening with 18 members present. Officers elected for the coming year include President Mrs. Cormack and Treasurer Mrs. Ament. The group sung carols and planned donations to the PCTC and the shut ins, and considered installing church chimes before Christmas. Officers for 1958 include President Mrs. Bertha Johnston.
Beef Calf Club Meeting Delivers New Members
The Rossburn Beef Calf Club held its annual meeting on Nov. 5, 1957 at the local school with many guests and members' parents present. Six new members joined at the first meeting of the new term on Dec. 5, 1957, increasing membership to 13. Guest speaker Mr. A. Coulter of Silverton addressed the group, with the next gathering set for January 15 at Mr. Bert Mitchell's farm.

Topolinski Hubbs Wed In Riverview Church Ceremony
