The notes outline hospital aid including patient trays for Christmas and fees to the Hospital Association. A plan to perform mending at 50 cents per month is proposed. Mrs John served the last half of December. A bingo night and raffle are set for January 29. Next meeting is January 20 1958 at Mrs Wilson Stitt's.
Legion members to fall 4 im at 9 15 at the Legion Hall for the funeral service of the late Peter Strank. Sympathy offered to the Strank family.
The Hamiltons of Vista host friends and relatives for an anniversary open house on Friday December 27 1957 from 3 to 5 pm and again from 7 pm to evening. All are welcome to attend.
Rossburn residents invited to Rossburn Town Hall on Saturday December 21 at 8 pm for a poultry bingo event. All poultry prizes plus assorted items. players pay to play. Ladies will serve lunch. 75e for 20 games with extra cards available. Sponsored by the Rossburn MFU local.
June R Scollie RN expresses gratitude to friends relatives and Rossburn residents for flowers cards letters and chocolates while hospitalized at Brandon General Hospital and Rossburn Hospital. She extends wishes for a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
