Rossburn council sets deficits and arena actions in December notice
The Rossburn council approves a 20 000 operating deficit for 1985 and imposes a minimum quarterly charge for private line flushing plus 60 percent of water and sewer costs. A 5 067 50 grant for the Rossburn and District Fire Department is authorized. The arena concession coordinator position goes to Frances Kostesky. rotating cash responsibility is assigned to council members.
