An executive committee led by Heindle Joiner Wray Palmer Allan Boychuk Delroy Stitt and Orest Smycniuk was named. Howard McIntosh was unanimously chosen coach. Road conditions may affect plans. under McIntosh guidance the club aims to make Rossburn's Intermediate Hockey team strong again.

CKDM Increases Power With New 1000 Watt Transmitter
CKDM's thousand watt transmitter goes into operation December 11 on 1050 kilocycles replacing the 250 watt unit on 1230. The new site is one and a half miles north of the CNR roundhouse, with a 165 foot tower. Passing of Waywayseecappo Resident Basil Tanner at 81
Basil Tanner, an industrious Waywayseecappo resident noted for road-building, died suddenly at his home on the Waywayseecappo Indian Reserve on Saturday evening. He was 81. Funeral held November 29 at 4 p.m. from Waywayseecappo Presbyterian church with pallbearers Lynn McKay George Ross Wilbur Cook Fred Leveright and Francis Shanacappo. Burial followed in Presbyterian Cemetery.
