Manitoba Expands Driver Education for 15% Year-Olds
Manitoba will allow 15 year olds in 26 divisions including Pelly Trail to join an expanded driver education program this fall. The course runs 25 hours classroom eight hours behind the wheel and eight hours observation. A Special class 7 permit is issued after eight classroom hours with parent supervision, then reverts to full class 7 at age 16.
