Wiegert Reunion and Local Club Activities Noted
The ninth Wienert reunion occurred Sunday at State Park with a potluck dinner hosted by Mr and Mrs George Wienert. About fifty members attended and officers were elected, including Paul Waters as president and Chiesa Stemwa Pocahontas as vice president. Relatives from Rose Creek and Minn Boone joined the gathering. The Hancock Auxiliary met at the club house with hostesses Jeanette Winkleblack and Marie Shoe maker for a dessert line. In contract bridge Alma Onden won high, Dolourms Wilson low, Gordie Sabo high in the Nisk score, and Den Spencer low. Judie Van Houten took the bingo prize.
