Rolfe Town Council adopts gas rate changes in 1971 Special Session
Rolfe Iowa town council met December 14 1971 in special session with Mayor Wood. They set new gas rates effective February 1 including 1000 cu ft minimum at 2.35 monthly and escalating tiers up to 0.93 per unit over 10 000 cu ft.
