LeRoy Miller treated the girls on the bowling team he sponsors to a shrimp supper Wednesday evening. The Rolfe Consolidated school staff and spouses held a Christmas potluck at Lester Ferden home Sunday night, December 12. Esther Burris and Liliette Shelgren aided hostesses for the A L D club Christmas party at Dorothy Turley’s home on December 7. Roger Witt’s husband will be in Japan until early May after being sent from Korea. Janet Behrendsen sprained her ankle and missed two days of school. Barbara Harris became corridor chairman of Bartlett Hall at Iowa State Teacher’s College. Rolfe Rockets defeated Plover Junior High 87 to 25 with Dennis Leadley scoring 15 and Gary Wolfe 13.
