Sac County won the livestock judging contest held at the Pocahontas County fair in Fonda on Friday August 3. Seven counties competed including Webster Calhoun Humboldt Sac Pocahontas Buena Vista and Palo Alto with six boys on the Sac team. Dairy cattle horses and cattle judging classes determined team honors and individual placements with numerous high scores listed for top contestants from Calhoun Pocahontas and other counties.
