Special Town Meeting Approves Sewage Grant and Permits
The Rolfe Iowa town council met in special session April 14 1969. Present were Pat Wood and councilmen H A gots Saves Spencer L B Thorson and J D Crotty Pocahontas IA. They approved a cigarette permit for Catherine J Martins son and adopted a resolution authorizing Evelyn A Leadley to sign a Federal Grant for Sewage Treatment Works. They also approved rock on Grant Street past the park and a licensing agreement with Chicago and Northwestern Railway to construct sewer lines under tracks.
