Rolfe High School Presents The Alter of Riches
Rolfe High School senior class presents The Alter of Riches at the Mountaine Inn. Gwendolyn Austin, daughter of Phillip Austin, aims to help her friend Lucile Court write a novel by enlisting Wall Street financier Charles Wilberforce as a fictional hero. Complications arise when Gwen uses Wilberforce’s schemes to harm her father’s Copper King rival, leading to revelations of identity, romance, and eventual reconciliation as plans unfold across staged stock battles and telegram manipulation.
